Each individual may hold only one gg ph account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be voided. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID and satisfy all gg ph verification requirements.
gg ph offers real-money wagering. All deposits are final and credited to your gaming wallet. Winnings are subject to verification before withdrawal. gg ph is not responsible for losses incurred through lawful gameplay.

3.2 Philippine Residency and Legal Access. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. gg ph operates under Philippine regulatory oversight and is designed for players legally permitted to access online gaming services.

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. gg ph shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

5.3 Suspension Pending Verification. gg ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until all requested KYC documentation has been submitted and approved. Funds held in your Wallet during this period remain yours, subject to these Terms and any applicable investigations.
5.4 Consequences of Failed Verification. If KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily — for example, where documents appear fraudulent, where the identity cannot be verified, or where the player is found to be under 21 — gg ph may close the Account and handle any balance in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.
gg ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank, subject to current minimum deposit amounts as published on the Platform. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation of receipt and are available for immediate play.
gg ph does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The name on any payment account used for deposits must match the name on your registered gg ph Account. gg ph may refuse or reverse any deposit that does not satisfy this requirement.

7.2 Random Number Generation (RNG). All gg ph digital (non-live) games use independently certified random number generator (RNG) software. RNG certification details for applicable games are available upon request.
7.3 Live Casino Games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers. The results of all live games are determined by real physical events (card draws, roulette spins, dice rolls) conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments.

7.5 Malfunctions. 7.6 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, gg ph's records shall be the authoritative reference. gg ph's determination of the outcome of any game shall be final and binding, subject only to demonstrable system error.
8.1 gg ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion's specific terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. gg ph shall not be liable for any bonus forfeiture resulting from a player's failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the applicable timeframe.
8.3 One Bonus Per Account. Unless otherwise specified, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
8.4 Abuse of Promotions. gg ph reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus or winnings where gg ph has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused or manipulated any promotional offer — including through low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk. gg ph's determination in such matters shall be final.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gg ph Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

10.1 All Content on the gg ph Platform — including but not limited to the gg ph brand name, logo, game software, graphic design, text, audio, and video materials — is the property of gg ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gg ph.
11.1 Nature of Gaming. Online gaming involves real financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all or part of any funds deposited and wagered on the Platform. gg ph is not responsible for any gaming losses incurred through lawful gameplay on its Platform.
11.2 Service Availability. gg ph strives to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. gg ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party system failures.
11.3 Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, gg ph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if gg ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Maximum Liability Cap. In no event shall gg ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who self-exclude will be prevented from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During the exclusion period, you must not attempt to circumvent the restriction by creating a new account.
13.1 By gg ph. gg ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting gg ph customer support. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements before remaining balances are returned.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of your Account for any reason, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with applicable game rules, any bonus balances will be forfeited, and verified funds (where applicable) will be returned to you subject to gg ph's verification and payment processes.
14.1 gg ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information held on Account (typically by SMS or email notification to your registered details), or by a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is issued, except where changes are required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements, in which case the changes may take effect immediately.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Regulatory Oversight. gg ph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their concerns have not been satisfactorily addressed by gg ph may refer their complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
15.3 Jurisdiction. Both gg ph and the User irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
15.4 Internal Dispute Process. Before escalating any dispute externally, players are encouraged to contact gg ph's customer support team in the first instance. gg ph will endeavour to resolve all legitimate player complaints promptly and fairly.
